4. Delivery, Title, and Risk of Loss

  • Heavy Freight Handling: For large package tiers containing bulk goods (e.g., 50kg bags or multi-carton bundles), delivery is completed at the ground-floor entrance of the provided delivery address. Our logistics personnel are not legally liable for moving goods inside private residential flats, upper building floors, or internal pantries.

5. Mandatory Inspection, Returns, and Refund Policy

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food items, customers are legally required to thoroughly inspect all products, seals, and expiration dates at the point of delivery in the presence of our dispatch agent.

  • Immediate Rejection: Any damaged, leaking, or incorrect items must be rejected immediately and sent back with the dispatch rider.

  • Final Sale Clause: Once a delivery receipt is signed or an order is accepted from the dispatch agent, the sale is considered legally final. We will not accept liability, returns, or refund requests for product defects, missing components, or external damages reported after the delivery agent has departed the premises.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our store, its directors, and logistics affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the consumption of manufactured products, delivery delays caused by severe traffic/weather anomalies, or user negligence in properly storing perishable items.
